In 2018, he established KGL, which was his first stepping stone towards achieving his dream vision of reaching new heights in this industry.

Mr. Sushank Mistry is the Executive Director of the company and has over 12+ years of experience in the Shipping Industry. He is one of the pioneers in the company's finance management and has been a prudent commercial executor, having sound knowledge of the Indian taxation laws along with persuasive accounting techniques.

He is highly competent to lead and influence our organisation towards favorable growth and to design and direct strategies that support and enhance organisational operations.

He is well versed in managing company assets, optimising financial operations, providing leadership skills to staff, ensuring tax compliance, advising the board of directors on organisational activities, and overseeing daily operations.

His exceptional stewardship and strategic planning skills play a pivotal role in promoting the organization's mission and vision, which helps in maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Mr. Sunil Menon – Regional Director

Mr. Sunil Menon is a true professional with over 25 years of experience in the shipping industry. He started his career as a Management Trainee and has since worked in almost the all departments, gaining comprehensive knowledge of the industry in every field. Mr. Menon has worked with reputed NVOCCs gaining rich experience PAN India.

With his extensive experience, Mr. Menon has handled Sea, Air, Dry, Reefer, ODC, Door to Door shipments, and Cross Trade Shipments too. He specialises in freight forwarding business and global networking, making him an asset to our organization. His in-depth understanding of the industry and its various aspects enables him to handle complex shipping challenges with ease.

Apart from his professional achievements, Mr. Menon is also a great sportsman. He believes that sportsmanship helps build character and fosters teamwork, which translates well into the corporate world. His passion for sports has helped him maintain a work-life balance, and he often participates in sporting events, both as a player and as a spectator. Mr. Anil Menon Regional Director - South India

Mr. Anil Menon, Regional Director for South India, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. His professional journey commenced at a very young age, embarking on a career in the world of International Trade and Logistics. For 14 years, he sharpened his skills in documentation, export procedures, and liaising with foreign buyers, building a dense foundation in the intricacies of Shipping and Banking.

In 2002, Mr. Menon began his shipping tenure in Hyderabad, later expanding his influence in Delhi and Chennai. Over the course of two decades, he held various pivotal roles, ascending from Branch Manager to Deputy General Manager. Throughout this remarkable journey, Mr. Menon successfully led multiple branches across South India.

His extensive experience spans across diverse areas of expertise, encompassing Tank container management, Freight forwarding, Customs clearance, and Transportation. Mr. Menon's enduring commitment to maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients has earned their trust and unwavering loyalty. With his strategic leadership and comprehensive industry knowledge, our team is poised to achieve new heights in the dynamic world of logistics and supply chain management.

Mr. Viral Aiya – Operation Director

Mr. Viral Aiya is the Operation Director of the company having 6+ years of experience in the shipping industry. Within such a short span, he has gained expertise in managing MNR activities with utmost proficiency in handling Port operations and Custom-related norms. With his excellent communication quality, he has developed a good rapport with Vessel operators, customers, Port authorities, Depot, CFS and many more.
